In our startup, the objective is to switch delivery from a physical to a mobile address that will be the GPS position of your smartphone allowing you to receive your goods wherever you are in your daily routine. I am designing a completely new user experience for package delivery.
I worked with Assist since 2009 applying the User Centred Design methods on many different projects, doing User Research and Usability testing both for physical and digital products. Most recently, I directed the Project Management team that developed Assist’s Intranet redesign for the evolution of Text4Assist; a platform that offers automated customer care via text message for clients like Vodafone and Sky.
